Welcome to Pospine. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data Storage

• All user-provided data is stored both in the app and on our server.
• When a user account is deleted, all stored data is permanently deleted.
• Captured photos are never saved locally or on our server. They are sent to OpenAI for evaluation only and are not retained.
• The only data that is stored is the detailed analysis generated from the photo (without keeping the photo itself).

Use of Data

• To provide the functionality of the application.
• To improve user experience and provide technical support.
• To prevent misuse and enforce terms of use.

Sharing with Third Parties

We only share data with essential services (such as OpenAI for photo evaluation). No other third-party use of the data is performed.

Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the operation of the app. When a user account is deleted, all data is deleted.
